Richard Zocchi’s 1954 Mercury FOR SALE

80’s MILE STONE CUSTOM ON EBAY

Bill Reasoner’s Classic Auto Body in Walnut Creek created this wonderful padded topped 1954 Mercury for Richard Zocchi in the early 1980’s. It was a big hit then, influenced a lot of people and still looks amazing today.

I saw photos of Richard’s 1954 Mercury in the Hot Rod magazing Custom Cars Annual in 1983… and I was extremely impressed with the beauty of this car.
It was just finished and at its most beautiful with no pin striping or the later addition of the light blue scallops.
