During the 2013 A-Bombers Old Style Weekend Ulf “Wolf” Christiansson organized his own Scandinavian version of the Famous Marcia Compbell Barris Custom Car Line-Up Photo-Shoot.
You can read about this special photo shoot with some amazing photos from Christer Ehrling and Palle Johansen on the CCC Main Site.
Here are a few more photos that tell a little more about the set-up and show some different angles of this Period Custom Car Photo-shoot. I hope you will enjoy the photos and the article as much as we do. This Line-Up was the best so far, and the plan is to make it an Annual Event. It however will always be invitation only.

Cars arriving and getting instructions to park in one line.
Photographer and Custom Car enthusiast Christer Ehrling (green shoes) anxiously waits till all the cars are parked.

I will add some more photos later.

-palleAugust 12, 2013 at 23:32 #4825Bert GustafssonParticipantThat’s a good idea Håkan, let’s bring that big Buick of yours next year. I (and probably many others) have been waiting to see it on the road way too many years now. If this ain’t inspiration enough I don’t know what would be.
August 13, 2013 at 20:06 #4844Håkan AnderssonParticipantI do agree Bert,, this IS the very best inspiration ever,,,( Thanks again !!) 🙂
I need to dig it out of storage soon,, must just finish some other projects first. 😉August 14, 2013 at 07:06 #4849Jeff NepplParticipantGreat thread and like I said on the other thread…. This looks like Los Angeles about 60 years ago. I really love to see the passion for Customs at events like this.I only wish I had something like this to go to and shoot with that many other people who are on the same page when it comes to Customs.Great pictures and once again…..thanks for sharing.
August 14, 2013 at 07:15 #4850Rik HovingKeymasterOn a friendly side note….I do see a small bit of Riks touch up. Im not talkin telephone poles either.Im sure it will be done soon. Great thread
Good eyeJeff,
Yes, I added the stainless trim around Palle’s 1947 Cadillac. Due to the wrong rubber being delivered the stanless could not be cut and installed in time for the show as it was planned. I could not stand the temporarily rubber fix on the car.

August 14, 2013 at 07:24 #4851Jeff NepplParticipantOh Rik…..I just went and deleted my comment about that. I didn’t want anyone to get offended.:) I thought it looked good but I really love Palle’s cad and I remember details like that. Also……stainless around windshields or lack of is one of my biggest problems with a lot of modern day built customs.I know Palle doesn’t fake anything so I know that stainless will be on soon.
