    My tribute to Ed Roth’s famous Road Agent car, named Agent Thor (anagram of Roth)

    Made the ‘proper’ way with plaster & vermiculite.

    Started with a rotten 1974 Beetle, changed the front from tube to friction shocks.

    Then mixed 40/70 plaster & vermiculite, bulked to body shape out with egg crates/boxes/spray foam etc

    Thanks guys, no Torchie, a company in London blew it, was £275 (around $350US)

    Have been blowing some smaller bubbles for the headlight covers, although more practice is needed!
