Just found out that the two previous photos, plus this one in the early stages come from Guy Recordon.
This was the info he had to go with the progress photo: Chopped 3 inches, sectioned 3 inches and the rear cowl extended 6 inches.

Great work Rik! Absolutely love it. And I suppose that it is the same Tom that also has that blue beautiful -41 Cadillac with padded top, or is this the updated version? Maybe sectioned -41’s are the next big fad haha, had planned to start a thread when I have made some more progress.
