There is a -36 Cadillac 3w Fleetwood for sale on eBay now , it was for sale acouple of years ago and quite far out of my reach , still alittle cut and paste on this -37 Cadillac 3w Fleetwood I could imagineĀ what it would look like … I dont know if these -37 Fleetwood 3w were ever built or if thisĀ is a -36 Fleetwood 3w with a -37 front end , someone that knows could possibly tellĀ the story Ā ?!

1966 Dodge Monaco. Imagine the head of styling at Chrysler Corp called the Alexander Brothers in Detroit and asked for a custom Dodge for the upcoming show season. (In fact, they did a ’66 Barracuda for Chrysler.)
    Here’s my imaginary A-Bros ’66 Dodge Monagasque.

The wheels came from an AMX III show car. The dual side-pipes were stolen from a Maserati A6GCS spider by Frua. Lowered, chopped and shaved. Oh, and the bottom door edge would be cut above the ankle burners at the swage line.

The dumpy little Hillman Minx. Not the most inspiring of cars in stock form, although designed with the help of Ray Loewy. ItĀ“s only when you start chopping that the “inner Studebaker” is revealed.

    Inner Studebaker, indeed! Nicely done.

I did something similar with a Studebaker Lark awhile back. Chopped the top and added ’57 Silver Hawk fins.

The Lark always looks like what i guess it is – a sawn off Champion. The flat nose gives the game away more than anything else I think. The fins are a big improvement though. Looks really natural.

Don’t cut anything …those things are the size of a matchbox car to begin with!

Sunbeam-Talbots looked so elegant as roadsters (we had one) and so dumpy as sedans.

Nice job! I especially like the rear spats.
