At the 2015 Santa Maria West Coast Kustoms Cruising Nationals there were some really nice customs. Rob Radcliffe went to the show and shared some of his photos on his Facebook page. One car in this series stood really out to me. A wonderful soft light gray-mist green painted chopped 1950 Chevy four door Fleetline that looked like it just rolled out of the early 1950’s. At first I did not recognize the car, but when Rob told me Brad Masterson had created it in his Atlantic Ave shop I remembered seeing some in progress photos of the car that Brad had send me.

With this info in hand I found some great pictures on Brad Masterson’s Instagram, photos taken by Brad Masterson, Sonja, Sjon Skog, and from the owner of the car MissMarionMassacre, who will ship the car to here home in Norway very soon… or perhaps the car is already in the container.

Lets take a look at the photos of this really great custom, showing once again that the four doors also make great custom cars.

Here are the two photos Rob Radcliffe took at Santa Maria 2015.

Great job. Stance is right too. It’s good to see a car not lying on its belly with broken suspension.

I love that subtlety from start to finish. Clean and understated. Makes me wanna chop the 39 back into a four door.

Sweet Ride! And one tough chop to pull off.

Brad’s a genius. The picture with blood on the side of the QP speaks to the soul he and Sonja put into these cars.
