Here is a BARBER SHOP PLAQUE made by KUSTOMLAND.
It was a very involved mold consisting of several parts being made separate and then glued together…
Here is a step by step procedure….I also made 1 in Brass…
I hope this gives some insight into how the process is done and people can see how simple to how complicated a plaque can be depending on the design…….
