I bought the car from a Rumblers Germany member . He got the Car from the USA Connecticut. Original paint was a light yellow.

Very nice mild custom.  A really elegant look.  Love that photo with the plane and the VW.  Welcome to the CCC.

    Good looking car.

Can’t begin to imagine the effort it requires to own a vintage American car overseas.

Welcome to the site as well.

    Thanks for the great feedback.

@torchie , yes sometimes its very hard to have an american classic in Germany. I has to buy all parts in the US and then i must wait for them 2 or 3 weeks 🙁

^^^^^and pay more in shipping than the parts cost!

I feel your pain. G’Day from Australia btw…..

Oh yes shiping costs and the costs at the customs office 🙁

But all those bad things can’t keep me away to drive an american classic 🙂

I know your feeling. Nice steering wheel, 49 or 50?

    Hi Mike,

That really is a good looking ’41.  The “speedboat” stance is right on and gives the car that just-right appearance.  Put lots of miles on it and show us some travel pics!
