Vintage Automotive designer Eric Black has been creating some absolutely stunning designs. He has been colaborating with several shops and car builders around the US. With the talented grew at Hollywood Hot Rod Shop he has a special connection, together they created the 2017 AMBR Custom.

Eric Black now has designed one of the most beautiful 1936 Ford I have ever seen… and the Hollywood Hot Rod Shop has begun construction this breathtaking masterpiece, and have shared a few sneak peak photos on their Instagram.

I’m not sure how much construction photo of this project will be shared, or in other words hoe much of a “secret” this project will be until it is completed. But I figured I create this post so that each time something new will be shared I can add it here. And hopefully the whole process will be documented and shared on a regular base. Very excited about this one.

Very cool! I love Eric and Troy’s crews work. Hopefully Kyle sees this thread and can shed a bit more light on the subject.

Eric is a great guy and extremely talented. He did a handful of renderings for us when we were designing my ’36 which proved super helpful. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.

I came across some earlier photos of the ’36 Ford project shared by Sean Leger.

What motor is that? I’d assumed it was a Lincoln, but it sure doesn’t look like it.

Is this a different build than the ’36 Ford Roadster that Hollywood Hot Rods did several years ago?  I think that build was called “Long Beach Legend.”
