We already have seen Palle Johansen’s 1947 Cadillac and the teardrop trailer he was preparing to bring to the 2013 A-Bombers meeting in Sweden.
Well this weekend our good friend Tim Kirkegaard was preparing his vintage trailer for the same trip as well.

Can you imagine these two amazing early looking custom cars cruising together with their trailers to the A-Bombers show….

Tim had to do quite some work to make the trailer work with his lowered Mercury.

    Enjoy the beauty of Customizing

Fantastic, this is the kind of stuff I want to see. Thanks again so much for putting this together.

Enjoy the distinction that is inherent in owning a customized car.

I noticed your trailer is from 1947 but what is it? and how old is Tim´s trailer?
are they built like this from the beginning or are they custom-built……..Drawings!!!!!

Now i have one more thing on my “want to have” list…….

Andreas..somewhere i have the original paperwork. its now running on Danish 1959 caravan title..i found an old all worn out one with black plates!
we have time to do some measuring in a couple of weeks…you can make a copy then!
i dont know how old Tim’s is, but probably from the same period…all stock!

Looks great Tim with the teardrop in tow. Is it possible to show how the hitch is mounted to the rear underside of the Mercury. With the car lowered and gravel pan fitted I imagine some work was required.
