    Jukka KyllĂśnen from Finland is creating a very nice Volvo Amazone Custom with some very nice balanced and creative body work.

    On page one of this thread there are a few photos of  Jefferson Bryant‎’s Lincoln project.

    Here is a photo of the custom made windshield he had cast.

    “The windshield frame for the Red Dirt Rodz Kustom Kontinental was cast today, and here is the raw casting. The risers/gates are still on the casting, those will get cut off tomorrow and I can pick it up for the hard part, which is reshaping the cowl fitment and then final machining. Pretty excited about this one, hopefully it will fit well, there is always shrinkage when casting, and there was no way to know how much it would shrink. I was hoping for 1/4″ of shrink, the book said it would shrink 7/8-1″, it ended up in the middle at 1/2″.”

    More progress on the ’41 Lincoln from Jefferson Bryant.

    “Got the 39 Ford Deluxe headlight buckets tacked into the Kustom Kontinental. Just a mild french treatment to give headlights some personalitt to match the rest of the sheet metal.”

    And here are two design sketches for Jefferson’s 41 Lincoln created by Jeff Allison.
