Wolf, the Packard was created by I think Bones Noteboom from a Steve Stanford design.

This is what Steve wrote about it recently. “Custom Packard cabriolet art done in 2008 for Bones Noteboom was an interesting concept to draw; kind of off the beaten path from my usual stuff.”

The car was destroyed in a fire not too long after the car had been finished. I think it only was seen at one show and when the car was in a trailer to the Sacramento Autorama something really bad happened while on the road the trailer/car caught on fire and both were completely destroyed. The full story with graphic photos can be seen HERE.

    Wonderful design by Chris Piscitelli

    From his Instagram account.

“Another from the “Ugly Duckling Files” that I wish someone with the time, skills and money would take on. (since it definitely won’t be me in this lifetime. lol)

I love me a Henry J, and would happily rock a nose up early gasser style build all day long, but what if you went in the other direction? (Take this all with a healthy dose of “imagine if you will,” since this would be a HUGE undertaking,) but with some stretching (front axle moving forward 4” and rear axle moving 3” rearward) and a 4”ish haircut…. and hardtop conversion for good measure, this would scream elegance while also causing a ton of head scratching. Other bits to add to the factory concept look that i’d strive for, would be Kaiser Darrin tail lights, 51 stude headlights, and shaving of unnecessary bright bits.”
