Ok..the Lucite block is seated…marked for belt sanding… (carefull)…check often.

Ok more on bumper guard parking lights…carefully drill and tap …marking attach points..I did 10/24..stay with #10 or #12…24.
Moving along on Parking Light bumper guards…now I belt sanded them a bit…BUT don’t over do it with heavy grit (#36)..REMEMBER you gotta hand sand the scratchs out like paint.

Parking Light bumper guards progress. ..belted down to just about it…now defuser glued to back and final sand and polish.

Making a pattern to bend wing vents on 46 Ford. ..will transfer to metal plate. ..heat and bend.

The vent window pattern now in steel…next lightly heat stainless and bend it over pattern..pivot will have to be rerivited in place.

Another wing vent update..took that kink out of the top…added a hold in place bracket on the form to keep it from kicking out.
OK….little carefully applied heat and pull it down on your pattern…has a tendency to want to spring up a bit.when cooling.
Your choice of methods…cut..splice. .weld..rechrome and remember vent lock will need to be removed..or my method which requires polishing.
