A large portion of the Petersen Photo Archive is now online.
Its a bit tricky to search for the right photos… but there is a HUGE amount of amazing eye candy to be found.
Most of the material is from 1955 and up, but there is some older material to be found.
Here are some samples…. Will be adding more later.
Enjoy the beauty of Customizing
Some really outstanding pictures of both familiar customs and a few that I had never seen before. Did you notice how many of the California customs from the ’57-’59 era had lakes pipes and exhaust side pipes? I always like to look at the cars in the background and there are some neat pictures of cars parked on the street by the outside auto shows.
