I just picked up the new Rod & Custom and there’s five pages on Aaron Acquafondata’s custom Chev. Congrats Aaron! It’s been really cool to see that car come together, and it looks great. Spot on.

Here are some crummy cell shots of the first two spreads. I hadn’t seen the interior before. Looks bitchin.

Congratulations Aaron… looks like a really nice article. Very well deserved. Your car is really amazing. And perfectly styled. I’m happy that Rod & Custom picked up on this and decided to do a feature on such a relatively mild restyled custom. Not mild in the amount of work done on it. But so mild in its first appearance.

I remember when Brant first did the chop…and did a great job. Not too severe and just the right shape. Coulda been factory. Of course Aaron brought it home beautifully.

    Thanks Tony…I appreciate the compliment.
I have to admit it, I never would have finished her to this level. She never got a break in her duties long enough to get this kind of attention. She was a great car for all the years I had her.
You are so right, Aaron did bring her home!

The article is now also uploaded to the R&C website. You can see and read it HERE.
To bad that the R&C team chooses to not look were to place the R&C watermark on the photos… or perhaps they do look.
