Well the first weekend in August 2013 brings us the famous A-Bombers show in Sweden.
Its Friday afternoon now and some of the attendance arrived at the event on Thursday.Lets post all the great photos from this event in this thread.
To start here is a nice photo of Tim Kirkegaard’s 1939 Mercury.

Another photo that Tore took was Tim cooking in his vintage trailer at the A-Bombers camp-site.
Not sure whats cooking.. I see cookies, Whiskey, something that could be cough-sirup and some fresh rolls…. I hope it was any good. Tim sure looked at his very best though.

Good friend an early times Custom Car enthusiast Wolf Christiansson is trying to organize a custom car line up photo inspired by the famous Barris Custom Car line up photo taken by Marcia Campbell in 1951. But then based on Scandinavian custom cars. He managed to get a few organized, but his goal was to get some more fine cars in the picture. It looks like he finally succeeded at this years A-BOMBERS event…
WOW.. I cannot wait to see more photos of this line up.

Just curious…why 1956 for the cut off?
I have no idea? perhaps because there are so many 1957 Chevy’s in Sweden? No really I have no idea.
