Correct Mike, the main body is not sectioned, just dropped over the frame. The hood is sectioned though, not pancaked.

A couple I am working on at the shop. A 48 ford and a 41 chevy. Both are very close to paint.
Paul can you tell me what was done to the 41 chevy? Beautiful!
Rob, Paul needs to fill you in on the details, but here are a few photos of the Chevy from a couple of years ago, when Paul had just chopped it.
Bryan Rusk wrote this about the Chevy a few years ago. Thit ’41 was chopped by Paul Garland. The chop is mild, 3″ in the front and 3.25″ in the rear. As you might be able to tell by the pics, the rear window surround was cut out and moved forward, and barely leaned to meet the top. The B pillars were re-worked for a better shape and flow with the new profile.

Yep Rik that about sums it up. It has been about 10 years ago. Crazy that I am still working on it for a customer. Lots more to come in the very near future. I hope to debut it painted at WCK Santa Maria this year
