Hi Had my son over for the last 2 days…have given the Caddy a 3000 wet cut to buff off the overspray fuzz..sure cleans up the finish……post some more pics when I clean off the powder and wash it…will have to polish it then during the week
Hi …. Took the 49 to its first show today…. over 1500 cars there all categories…..won the custom class

Hi…Bert…..Rik…..Didn’t think about a trophy when I went and there were many very good quality customs…this is one of the best car shows in the state…Last Of The Chrome Bumpers……probally 1500-2000 cars enter……I was completely bowled over when named……

I know your is the B-pillar , both styles very beautiful , still both based on the larger Fleetwood wheelbase .
Another funny thing on this is that it was based on the 1948 Cadillac Fleetwood and possibly therefor got the lower smoother 1948 Cadillac trunklid even if they built the prototype as a 1949 with the overhead 331 motor and grill and dash ………..
